- The Development Plan guides ongoing, practical actions that strengthen the business foundation. It allows you to capture and prioritise best practice improvements as you work through each area of your business.
- The Business Growth Plan focuses on the next 12 months – translating your business goals into a clear, prioritised set of actions to maintain focus and build momentum.

Start with “My Business Today”
Your journey begins with the “My Business Today” module. This section establishes your current business position and sets your goals for the next 12 months. The next module Founder Experience is a reflection on your experience as a business owner, helping you assess your strengths and readiness to grow the business.
These initial sections are compulsory, as they provide the foundation for all further insights and recommendations.
Work through what matters - At your own pace
Once you’ve completed the starting modules, you can work through the rest of the assessment in a way that suits your business. There is no need to complete everything at once.
As you complete each module, take time to review your feedback report. It is then more effective to move directly to the Continuous Improvement Development Plan and capture relevant actions for that part of your business before continuing. This keeps the process practical and manageable.
